You own the land but:

You must log in at least once a week otherwise the land is taken over.

You must not touch the trees, this is a themed sim.

The land is for house use exclusively, no shops, clubs, galleries etc...

The simulator is rated adult.

Orbs and prohibition lines are prohibited.

people should be able to navigate the simulation naturally while walking
